How to keep the morale of your team while remote working?

Here are 3 things to consider for those that are new at remote working. While many are at an all high emotional pivot with what use to be normal but is no more. We are all dealing with extra things due to this pandemic which has cause us to be on edge for one reason or another. Therefore, these things we should consider for the morale of our team.

First thing to consider be Patient with one another, although you might be in a hurry and inpatient for a quick turn around on work, but pratice showing a level of patient with other. For you don't know what the extra others are dealing with on the otherside of the screen.

Second thing is show Kindness- you will be surprise when you are kind and the tone and pitch of your voice reflect kindness instead of being impatient. That quick turn around will happen without having to say anything, just because you show kindness to your team.

And theThird thing is be Courteous- the same treatment we expect from others we must make sure that we give what we are expecting in return. Life is hard for many of us and with all those extra things happening that we don't really know about; this allows us to be first in treating others how we would want to be treated and I believe that is with courtesy.

If we would do these three things be patient, show kindness and be courtous I believe you will see the morale of your team change, but as leaders let us set the pace of what that is to look like.
