After more than 25 years of experience across banking, human resources, education, entrepreneurship, consulting, and healthcare, I recognized a common challenge. Organizations rarely struggle because they lack talented people. More often, they struggle when communication breaks down, leadership becomes misaligned, and teams lose sight of a shared purpose.

Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working alongside executives, CEOs, board members, business owners, educators, and ministry leaders. No matter the industry, I witnessed the same recurring questions and challenges. Those experiences revealed an important truth: healthy organizations are built on healthy communication, strong leadership, and unified teams.

That realization led to the founding of Ask Consulting Services™.

I didn't found Ask Consulting Services because I had all the answers. I founded it because, over twenty-five years, I kept seeing the same questions—and I knew there had to be a better way.
